Wedding Directional Signs ~ Wedding Decorations

Happy New Year to you all, we are back in the office this morning after a short break and thought we’d kick off the New Year with some blackboard / chalkboard wedding inspiration.

Wedding Directional Signs

Whether you’re having your wedding at home in a marquee, rustic barn, teepee or country house venue directional signs will always come in useful to guide your wedding guests around. These blackboard arrow signs are a great way to easily guide guests in the direction of parking, to the church, dinner, photo booth, dancing, games…. write whatever you like on them. Either hang the blackboard arrows from gates, doors, branches of trees or nail them all to a tall beam at the entrance to your venue.

Unique Ideas for Wedding Table Numbers

It’s fun to put thought and imagination into your wedding table decorations, but don’t get too carried away, you don’t want your tables to be cluttered leaving guests with nowhere to put their glass of champagne.

There are certain things that you’ll need on your reception tables. Wedding table numbers are one of them. I love how many different ideas there are to display your wedding table numbers, it’s these little details that will make your wedding stand out from others. As we say at The Wedding of my Dreams it’s the little things that make your wedding unique!

New Wedding Decorations this Summer

Some of our favourite new wedding decorations this Summer.

We both went separately on trips to Marrakech last year and were inspired by the beautiful Moroccan decor, taking this on board we have sourced some Moroccan style items for weddings…

We have Moroccan Lanterns as well as handmade Moroccan candles and tea lights in Tins. The candles are a fair trade products and have been individually handmade.

Our blackboard buckets and signs have been such a hit recently, although we have had a couple of suggestions that the blackboard sticks for table numbers are too small if you’re planning on naming your tables rather than numbering them. We have found some larger blackboards on sticks for you which are just perfect for more writing.
