When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch within 2 working days using either the Royal Mail or a courier service, so please allow 5 - 7 days to receive your goods if you have selected Standard Delivery or 2 - 3 days if you have selected Premium Delivery.
How much will delivery cost?
Standard delivery will cost £5 per delivery to most addresses in the UK, including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. This will take 5 - 7 days.
Premium delivery will cost £7.50 per delivery to most addresses in the UK, including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. This will take 2 - 3 days.
EU deliveries will cost £25
Free Delivery on all orders over £100 on UK orders
Can I place orders for deliveries in the EU?
We can deliver to any EU country. Orders for delivery to the EU will cost £25
Can I place orders for deliveries outside the EU, Rest of World?
We can deliver to any country, if you live outside the EU please contact us. We will calculate shipping costs based on your order and take the order over email.
When will my order be delivered?
Our couriers will generally deliver between 9.00am & 6.00pm Monday – Friday and will require a signature, so we suggest you give an address where this will be possible. If not, the courier will leave a calling card so that you can rearrange delivery or collection.
What do I do if my order is not delivered?
Please let us know if your goods have not arrived within 14 days from the date of your order for UK deliveries and within 25 days for EU deliveries.
We can track all orders sent by courier online and will be able to establish where it is or if it has gone missing we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.
