Do prices include VAT and Delivery?
All prices on the site include VAT and Delivery of £4.75 will be added at checkout

If you would like a receipt, please email us with your order number and we will email it to you.

We retain your information for ordering purposes only.

Credit and debit card payments are collected within the secure part of the website and are then processed manually.
 
When will the payment be taken from my account?
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

We take security very seriously and offer a totally safe and secure payment system which meets the highest industry standards. In addition, we now offer extra protection with Mastercard Secure Code and Verified by Visa, the internet version of chip and pin. We do not hold your credit or debit card details on file.
 
How do I keep track of my order?
On placing your order you will receive an email which will confirm the products that you have ordered. You will receive a second email notification when your order has been shipped.
 
Will I receive confirmation of my order and a receipt?
On placing your order you will receive a receipt in the form of an email confirming your order number, the products that you have ordered and their respective prices, the total cost of the order including delivery and the delivery address you have specified.
 
What if the product I order is not available at the time?
We endeavour to carry stock of all our products. Occasionally there may be a small delay with a product, in which case you will be notified by telephone or email by our customer care team.
 
Will my information be sold to third parties?
We will never share your confidential information with anyone in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
 
 
I want to change or cancel my order / part of my order

We will do our very best to change / amend your order unless it has already been dispatched, but please note in some cases it may not be possible to do this.
 
 
Delivery Information
 
When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch within 2 working days using either the Royal Mail or a courier service, so please allow 5 -7 days to receive your goods.
 
How much will delivery cost?
Standard delivery will cost (£3.95 + VAT @ 20%) £4.75 per delivery to most addresses in the UK, including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
 
EU deliveries will cost (£20 +VAT @ 20%) £24
 
Free Delivery on all orders over £100 on UK orders

We are a small, family run business which believes in offering the highest standards of customer service. If we have done something wrong please tell us, as we would value the opportunity to put it right.

Refund & Exchange Information 
We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our website but if you wish to return an item to us, then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned within 21 days of the date of despatch so long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once we have received the item we will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note postage and packing will not be refunded unless a product is faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
 
How to return
1. Get in touch through our contact us section to obtain a returns authorisation number.
2. If your goods need returning please parcel them up with the original documentation and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
3. If it is a collection please leave as instructed. If returning in the post please obtain proof of postage.
